For your Bodye Only! A private Pilates session allows for a one-on-one in-depth assessment, customized workout, and personal instruction. You will be led through a workout created for your body's specific needs and will receive instant feedback to ensure you are getting ultimate results.

Bodye Basics

New to movement? This class is design for the beginner to Pilates and want to learn fundamentals on which to build their practice. This class will focus on the basic movements of the Pilates Method. (45 min)

Work the Bodye

You’re not new to this, but you want to stay true to it: Let’s go to work! Take it up a notch in this mixed movement mat class. We will focuses on abdominal strength as well as stretching the back, sides, front body, and hamstrings (45 min)

Stretch the Bodye

“Relax, Relate, Release” The goal of this class is to lengthen and strengthen bodies of all ages and sizes while eliminating chronic tension and movement limitations. The class is restorative in nature, therefore it’s safe for everybody. (30 min)

Bodye Beats

From West Africa to Cuba through America, Bodye Beats will connect the sound of the drum, gospel, and funk with a mix of dance styles to give you a soul-stirring, mind-blowing, body freeing dance class. Be prepared to leave it all on the dance floor. (45 min)
